Diversity & Inclusion: What are the Goalposts for Organisations?

As part of the events at Entrepreneurship Geneva/Fribourg Forum, HEG-FR's Sustainability Group is holding a workshop to highlight how companies and organizations have met the diversity and inclusion challenges.

Diversity and inclusion policies must respond to systemic discrimination and should strengthen employees' sense of belonging. An instrumental approach has nevertheless persisted, which has been compared to 'social washing.'
